Pricing: Your rate for service is indicated on the Electricity Facts Label and the conditions of this plan are specified in the Terms of Service above.  Customers that use less than 1,000 kWh of electricity in any given billing period may be assessed a customer charge of $9.99 for the Lone Star plans.
