*Customers who choose Ambit Energy’s Heart of Texas one-year term plan or Lone Star one-year term plan may cancel their request to switch to Ambit Energy without any exit fee or penalty within three days of the initial request to switch. After three days from the initial request to switch, one-year term customers will be assessed a $199.00 cancellation fee if service is cancelled prior to the expiration of the one-year term.

A meter charge of $9.99 will be assessed for usage below 1000 kWh in a monthly billing cycle.
