Pricing: Your rate for service is indicated on the Electricity Facts Label and the conditions of this plan are specified in the Terms of Service above.  Customers that use less than 1,000 kWh of electricity in any given billing period may be assessed a customer charge of $9.99 for the Lone Star plans.

Rates quoted are based on 1,000 kWh monthly usage and include the energy rate, recurring TDSP charges and applicable monthly customer charges. Actual average prices vary based on usage. Variable price month-to-month rate plans include a $4.99 monthly customer charge. Fixed rate plans incur a $9.99 customer charge in months with usage less than 1,000 kWh. See Electricity Facts Label for more information. Rates subject to change. Effective 5/13/10 and are subject to change. Ambit Energy is licensed as a Retail Electric Provider (REP) by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT Certificate #10117) to provide electricity service to residential customers in deregulated energy markets.
